We are one of the few truly multi-disciplinary consulting companies in Qatar who can handle such diverse range of projects. Our projects include all type of buildings including commercial, residential and mixed use developments, educational facilities , industrial projects, specialized facilities, highway and road design, infrastructure such as power, water, firefighting and communication networks, etc. We use most modern design software and tools, and we are among of the first few companies in Qatar to implement BIM design.

ALKHALEEJ ENGINEERING & INDUSTRIAL CONSULTANCY has carried out a number of technical studies as part of important projects in Qatar. These include Utility Demand Studies for West End Extensionof RasLaffan (as part of RasLaffan Utilities Project), Power Benchmarking Studies for Msheireb Downtown Doha Project and Power System Studies and network modeling for Lusail City. We are the pioneers in this area, and we have good experience in using preferred tools such as PSS Sincal. Apart from the above, we have carried out, in association of with specialist associates, numerous studies such as Environmental Impact Assessment Studies, Traffic Impact Assessment Studies, Area Hydraulic Catchment Studies, Hydrogeological Studies, geotechnical and geophysical studies, Level 3 Asbestos Studies, etc.

We have a good track record in providing services statutory services and services as Architect of Record. Apart from processing statutory approvals for our own projects, we also support international consultants operating in Doha to attain statutory compliance by representing them as their architect of record, reviewing the design documents for statutory and local regulation compliance, providing assistance in finalizing the submission, submitting the documents and for following up the same till approval is obtained. Our team’s good familiarity with the local requirements and good rapport with various departments are critical assets for smooth completion of such assignments.

We have UPDA registration for providing Quantity Surveying services, and we have an in-house team comprising of Chartered Quantity Surveyors, senior Quantity Surveyors, estimators, cost engineers, etc. having experience in different sectors such as buildings, infrastructure, etc. We are able to provide the entire spectrum of services in this area, including claim management, tender preparation and evaluation, material take-offs and preparation of BoQs, payment evaluation, etc. Our QS team is adept in using advanced software such asWinQS, CATO, etc. and estimation software such as Candy, Sage, Trimble, etc.
