This prestigious project, currently under construction by QP-MIC, comprise a state-of-the-art Recreation Facility, including a modern recreation club for the residents of Mesaieed Industrial City, a golf course and golf club.

The existing “brown golf course” in Mesaieed was replaced by a full green course. The new golf course includes an 18-hole championship course, practice ranges, chipping and putting areas, and golf academy. Facilities provided at MIC Recreation Club include administration offices, conference rooms, reception area, lobby and VIP lounge, prayer hall, TV room with home theatre seating area, internet cafe, banquet /exhibit/multi-purpose hall with storage and lighting  and sound system. Library, general stores, toilet rooms, muti-purpose gymnasium, fitness centre (men & women), dressing rooms & lockers, swimming pools (men, women and children), tennis and squash courts, bowling alleys, snooker and billard rooms, kids playground (indoors and outdoors), outdoor sports area/ track, aqua park, main kitchen, restaurants, main dining hall, deli coffee shop, snack bar, and barbecue area, storage, freezer room, landscaping, car parking, general storage rooms, and premier fence. The golf course was designed with the assistance of M/s Ault Clark Associates, Maryland, USA, who are one of the leading golf course architectural firms in the United States.

The landscaping design complemented the golf course design developed by the Golf Course Architects.  Complete design for the facility was carried out by our head office resident team, including landscaping, irrigation, architecture, structural, plumbing, drainage, HVAC, CCTV, Security, IT,  Specialist consultants for horticulture and advanced lighting were consulted to ensure a state-of-the art design.
