This is another fast track project with which KEIC was associated. The structural works of the Shopping m Sports Club project were supervised by the principal consultants M/s KUK, Germany, while KEIC was responsible for the supervision of all architectural, landscaping, mechanical, electrical, HVAC and IT works.

The architectural works comprised provision of high class finishes to various areas of the stadium, including VIP facilities, multipurpose hall, spectator’s areas, ticketing and access control systems, administration offices, etc.  HVAC works comprised of central air conditioning of large spectator and administrative areas. 

This fast track design-build project was completed in record time, to the full satisfaction of the client and end-users. The completion was achieved within the scheduled period to complete the facility for carrying out the Asian Football Championship.
