KEIC completed supervision of the above project, The works comprises of construction a center to provide services for Health and Wellness Care, it is located at Umm Salal. The extent of the project site 50,000 m2 and the total built-up area is 10,000 m2. Facilities to be constructed include the following:-

• Main Health & Wellness building equipped with necessary medical equipment, with facilities such as Massage rooms, Gymnasium (Male & Female), laboratories, consultation rooms, Several Clinics ( dental, cardio, gastro, dermatology, etc.,), ante-natal clinic, doctors’ & nurses’ rooms,
• Administrative offices, conference room, cafeteria, kitchen & pantries, toilets, changing room, services rooms,
• Mosque building, Ancillary buildings such as Substation, Water tank yard, Chiller yard.
• Guard Rooms. Hard & soft landscaping, shaded structures, parking, boundary walls, fence & gates, etc… including external site services infrastructures.
• Building of swimming pool, Green spaces and car parking.
