The project construction was supervised by KEIC. Construction Contract Works comprised construction of the Overland Camp for Qatar Scouts and Guides Association at Al Mazrouaa.

Major buildings to be constructed are Administration Building, Dining Building, Seminar Building, Hostel Building and Entertainment Building. Some of these buildings are attached to each other and some others are both structurally and functionally independent.

Building services included ventilation and air conditioning system, hot and cold water services, sanitary installations, fire protection system, electrical, fire alarm, telephone/data access and SMATV system. Auxiliary buildings include Service Blocks (5 No), Show Yard, Storage Building, Guard House and Main Entrance, Substation and Service Yard, Fire Pump Room and Tank Yard. External works comprise potable water supply, fire protection, irrigation, drainage, electrical power distribution and external lighting, interlocking paving, roads and parking in bituminous flexible surfacing, landscaping, shaded parking, boundary walls and fencing.
